Beginner Pilates

These classes are a friendly introduction to Pilates for anyone who wants to experience the benefits that Pilates has to offer. Learn pilates fundamentals, with focus on alignment with lots of personal corrections. Get stronger, stand taller, and feel more energized each week! No experience necessary.
Control D: Postnatal/Diastasis Recti Repair
Wednesdays, 9:30am - 10:20am
Instructor: Jen
These classes aid in the healing of the postnatal body, helping the abdominal layers and pelvic floor reconnect, which is essential to a postpartum recovery. All of the exercises are gentle on the body, focus on realignment and creating strength and connections. Classes will also teach clients how to assess and how to close diastasis recti.
Pilates for Strong Bones
Fridays, 10:00am - 10:50am
Instructor: Kara
This class focuses on building bone density now to support bodies that will be entering perimenopause. The best time to start this class is in the late 30’s and 40’s. This class is perfect for those who are already going through menopause and is appropriate for clients with osteopenia/osteoporosis to continue building strength in safe ways.
