Individualized Home Strength Training Program
You have probably heard that strength training is an important ingredient in aging healthfully. Study after study shows that all adults and women in particular benefit tremendously from adding strength training to their weekly routines because it builds bone mass, decreases the odds of developing osteoporosis, and helps maintain muscle mass that would otherwise diminish naturally over time.
It can be intimidating to approach the weights section of your gym, time consuming to research what equipment you need at home, expensive to hire someone to train you, and nerve-wracking to begin an activity that if done incorrectly can lead to injuries. The internet has a lot of information, but with so much information out there—much of it conflicting—it’s tough to know who to trust.
Brooklyn Embodied’s 1-on-1, customized strength training program meets you where you are to make a plan that fits your needs, your current fitness level, your schedule, and your lifestyle. Whether you’re coming back from an injury, recovering from delivering a baby, or approaching strength training for the very first time, your expert trainer Kristen creates a plan just for you.

The program:
New clients meet one-on-one with Kristen for a 30-minute virtual introductory session. Based on the client’s goals and movement assessment, she will create your individualized training program. Clients are encouraged to check in with Kristen and ask her questions, which are typically answered within 24 hours.
Every program will include a detailed schedule of workouts that will each include:
Warm up
Core activation series
Resistance training and strength circuits
Cool down
Other workout details—such as duration, weekly frequency, and specific exercises—will vary from client to client as they are personalized to each client.

$175 (30 minute consultation + Individual Session + Program) per Program Cycle (4-6 weeks)
