Meet Your Doula, Lisa
As a birth doula, Lisa helps educate families as they navigate this journey and act as an advocate for them during labor and delivery. She is committed to supporting clients throughout their pregnancy however they may need. Her services are available to everyone, whether seeking an unmedicated birth, VBAC, planning on using an epidural, or having a planned C-section. With education, emotional support, and physical comfort, she strives to help your family have a fulfilling birth experience.
Birth Doula
Birth can be fun and such a meaningful experience, but so often it seems scary and traumatic. When you have the education and know how to advocate for your choices and wants, it takes the scariness out of it so the focus can be on your family.
Learn what to expect no matter what happens, how to prepare your body, and how to advocate for yourself and your choices. Birth preferences will be discussed and emotional support throughout your pregnancy will be given. With proper education, you will feel prepared, ready and excited!
Clients will receive:
Attendance at labor and delivery
10 prenatal pilates virtual group classes
One prenatal consultation (90 minutes)
One postpartum consultation
Phone/text/email consults after every doctors appointment
Ongoing emotional support throughout pregnancy
Lactation support
Resources and referral services

Virtual Birth Doula Support and Education
Have the knowledge and education you need for you and your partner to navigate the birth experience on your own. Learn what to expect, how to prepare your body, and how to advocate for yourself and your choices. Birth preferences will be discussed and emotional support throughout your pregnancy will be given. You will learn comfort techniques and positions for while in labor and delivery, and postpartum support will be provided.
Clients will receive:
Two prenatal consultations (60 minutes each)
Phone/text/Facetime support during labor and birth
Phone/text/email consults whenever needed, following doctor appointments
Ongoing emotional support throughout pregnancy
Lactation support
Resources and referral services
5 virtual prenatal pilates group classes
